Applique is not my thing but I do have a go every once in a while to try and get better at it. I, too, try and sew every week and it does make a huge difference to how I feel at the end of it having done something creative. My job, DH and I work together in our own business, is engineering which is all hard metal and quite exacting, so it is lovely to play with bright fabric. Have a great Autumn.
