Getting Ready to Twist!

I have my Layer Cake of Flannel all sewn together!



I just need to add a border and this is ready to cut with my Twister Template:

  2. Glad to see you quilting with your daughter. Mine is 14 now, has no interest in it, but will tolerate fabric shopping. Thank goodness! Love those pretty pinwheels!

  4. You guys must be having such a nice time together.

    My kids are 3, 5 and 6, so not really at the "sewing partner" age, but I think I should start introducing them to sewing soon, as they are all curious and sit around watching me, asking for the scraps and making requests for me to sew things. It would be a shame to leave it too late if I wait until they have completely lost interest before trying to teach them.
