I love autumn! I adore the cooler weather as I hate heat, lovely rainy days like today are perfect for a sewing and reading. Cute mini quilt, I need to do one for my mini quilt stand.
It's a toss up between spring and fall. In spring we get the wildflowers, in fall the colorful leaves. Hard to choose. Love your little black cat. Perfect for Halloween.
Spring and fall, for sure. I love it when it's warm enough to not be bundled up, but cool enough to get outside for a nice walk. I've never ben a huge fan of Halloween...ambivalent about all the decorating before hand, though I always put up a string of pumpkin lights and some pumpkins on the porch the day of, for the trick or treaters.
Yes, this is definitely my favorite time of year! The evenings and over nights are getting down into the 70s. Hopefully I can turn off the A/C in the next few weeks too. We don't participate in daylight savings here in AZ but it's already getting darker earlier and I absolutely love that! Call me weird...but I like having longer nights.

Oh it is awful! Luckily we live on the other side of the state.....but like you said....people move around and it's too close to home for sure.
