Ta-Da!
It has a soft flannel sock monkey back.
Here's a close-up of the sock monkey quilting:
But best of all, here it is keeping our new little grand baby warm and cozy:
I've been fortunate enough to spend the first week of new parenthood with
my daughter and son-in-law. And all's I can say is:
Wow!!!! This grandma stuff is awesome!!!!
Sooo I have to end this post with a shout out to GRANDMAS everywhere
and share one last picture of our new little guy with BOTH his grandmas!
I am again so very fortunate that I have found a life long friend in
my son-in-laws mother. You can not tell by looking at her,
but this is her fourth grandbaby.
She is a wonderful mentor to me and all's I can say is our grand baby is
going to have two wild and crazy grandmas!!!
With BIG smiles!!
"Grandma" Val:)
PS: Hey Grandma....time to go move the car!!!! SYS!
