Grab yourself a "I was highlighted " button Barbara.
CHARITY QUILTS:
I think quilter's have the biggest hearts. I've noticed many of us have charities that are dear to our hearts and we enjoy donating quilts to these causes. I personally, volunteer my long-arm quilting services to our local area Project Linus Chapter. Here is a wall hanging I quilted for their "display/show" booth:

Oh what beautiful redwork! I love your Peanuts quilt. I think I will have some things to link up this May. I will be back later to check out this weeks links.
ReplyDeleteI hope it's ok that I linked up the signup post for H2H 2014 - it has lots of charity quilts in the pics! It's hard to choose just one charity quilt post, you know!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely Sarah! I want people to use this link-up to spread the word about their favorite charities. It will be a great resource for all of us. The more information....the better!!
DeleteI really want to make a cat quilt now they are awesome! And the charity quilts are inspiring.
ReplyDeleteLinked on time, what a concept. :-)
ReplyDeleteYou can see who quilter's are by the numbers... 10 (so far) for cats, 24 for charity quilts.

I know! Quilter's have the BIGGEST, most generous hearts!!!
