Special Happy Mail Arrived!!

This week I received happy mail that would truly brighten anyone's day and I couldn't resist sharing it with you! Willit who blogs at Will It Never End?, made me the cutest Needle Book in hopes to brighten my day while recovering from the ol' gallbladder surgery last month. Brighten my day she did! Is this not adorable!?!?
It measures 5"x 6 1/2" closed.
And look at all the creative surprises inside!
I thought the needle holder was a cute idea with all it's little buttons.

And the thread holder spools labeled with my word be the year:
"Just Be" was such a thoughtful, personal touch.
Thank you for truly brightening my day Willit, from your side of the world to mine!

  1. You're more than welcome, Val. I'm glad you like it. Just looking now, I can see I left some pencil marks on there. Oops. I remember not being sure about the best way to get it off, and then I forgot about it and sent it off :)
I wanted to add some things inside because it just didn't feel right to give you an empty gift, but don't feel you have to keep it that way - use it how you wish :) I've never used thread snippers before, but I thought they looked cool, so I hope they are handy. Also, those buttons are for whatever creative project you can think to use them for, I chose mostly odd ones for colour, but there is a little set of purple ones there. I hope you get plenty of use out of all of it. ENJOY!

    1. Thank you Barbara. I'm feeling good. Back to work and a few good walks a week. But I still get tired and need to slow down and remind myself I had surgery! Lol

  12. Hi Val. I am trying to get hold of Faith (Willit Neverend) as I have a Pay It Forward gift to send it to her. I have tried emailing her at the Willit Neverend gmail account but had no reply. Do you have any idea how I can get in touch with her? Thanks so much :-)
