Welcome to the linky party that let's you rejuvenate your old quilting/sewing posts!
(Check over in my right margin for the list of  upcoming September themes)

Val's Quilting Studio
This week is all about skimming through those archives and finding quilts
made of Flannel & others that highlight Fussy Cutting.

FLANNEL:

Oh don't just ya just love the soft, cuddliness of flannel?
The mailman just delivered a box full of fabric for my Fall projects and yep! inside: a few yards of yummy Riley Blake flannel fabric to make a baby receiving blanket:

FUSSY CUTTING:

Check out this cuteness! Blogger buddy Jane over at Jane's Fabrics and Quilts, made these adorable fussy cut blocks and I just couldn't resist highlighting them here today!

  3. The self-binding flannel receiving blanket is my go-to gift for baby showers. Just two pieces of coordinating flannel and maybe 30 minutes of sewing and I have a lovely gift for the little one! Jane made some cute blocks!

  7. Thanks for the linkup Val! I linked to the flannel party. The quilts I linked aren't entirely made of flannel, but there is certainly flannel in each of them. You'll understand when you see it!
