How nice to see children reading and enjoying quilts. Do the quilts stay in the classroom? The kids must just love them!

That is wonderful. I notice that they are all girls... boys don't want to read, or, at this age, they don't want to get girl cooties? I'm sure that is why the quilts get folded and put back... it's all girls. It'll be a fond memory for them, and for you.

It has to be rewarding to see the kids reading. My daughter's second grade teacher took her from hating to read to loving to read. I was so afraid that would never happen. For her, the clincher was that if she would read during her free time, she got to sit in the bean bag chair. That took her from not liking it at all to loving it. Hope you've been able to get in some fun stitching this weekend.
