A week of slow stitching helped me wrap up my Dog Gone Cute quilt:
The black binding and cute paw print backing finished it off just right.
And yes, my hubby thought since this quilt was made in honor of all our Jack Russells we've had over the past 27 years, he helped our little girl Cami get into the picture. Though she is completely blind, don't let her fool ya, her sense of smell and hearing make up for EVERYTHING!
Thanks again to Lorna for creating such a fun pattern and blog parties to go along with it!
I'm looking forward to fixing myself a fresh cup of tea right now and visiting everyone else who has joined in this final linky party. Click here to check out everyone's creative pups! Oh and my DGC give-away is still open! Hop over to this post to enter if you haven't yet.
The blue really pops your pups - lovely tribute to all your family members.

ReplyDeleteAdorable! Hey Val you left me a comment on my blog, but it went to my Spam box because you are a "no-reply". That Google+ is usually why you suddenly become a no-reply. Just a heads up.
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful !
ReplyDeleteVal, I just love how the dogs look like the ones in the quilt. It's the ears that get me.
ReplyDeleteThere are so many sweet dogs that go blind over time. They are just so loving and part of the family.
