Hey Hello! First, click over to here if you are thinking about joining our challenge.
Next, the lull of summer has hit, which means more time for me to spend in my sewing studio.
Here's what's on my design wall this week:
Yep, summer is a good time for me to restock my "baby gift" drawer.
( I got three out of four done...not bad!)
It's not often we get a break from the routines of life.
Yet, this next three weeks finds me with such luxury and I plan to take full advantage of it.
I hope ya stop by often and perhaps find a little inspiration here too.
Everytime you link and share here at Tuesday Archives you will be entered you into a monthly drawing for a $15.00 Gift Certificate to: (pretty cool huh!)
Winners will be announced the first Tuesday of every month! Thanks for stopping by!
Agreed, my baby shelf needs restocked too. Why do we make complicated patterns when the baby only wants to look at the squares - I must remember, simplify!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun design wall! I have several panels I want to practice FMQing on, too. Yours is adorable! And I agree with Kat's comment.
ReplyDeleteI think it all looks like fun. I have panels to play with too, but they are trucks, cars, tractors and machinery (for our Fall Harvest weekend celebration).
ReplyDeleteI simply love making baby quilts, even though I don't have a recipient in mind. Is that strange? Nah. Just practical. And fun! Enjoy making your stash of baby items :)
ReplyDeleteI typically only make a baby quilt when I need one. I think it is a great idea to have some made and waiting for the need to arise. Maybe I'll add that to my "list" :)
ReplyDeleteI need to replenish my "baby gift" drawer.
ReplyDeleteI love making baby quilts, but I never have time to restock. Maybe we know too many people!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great plan. Hope you make lots of progress.
