I can't even remember the last time I had a new project on the design wall! I'm sooooo excited!
My Labor Day sew day was so productive that I immediately came home and put this WIP on the design wall. If you ever liked Buggy Barn quilt patterns....the One Sister continues the wonkiness and this is her Sunny Side of the Street Pattern from her newest Crazy Kind of Wonderful book.
Next step is the wool applique! Stay tuned! I think this is going to be a quick finish.
That is cute! Glad you had a good Labor day sew!
ReplyDeleteHow fun! Looks like you've gotten a good start on it.
ReplyDeleteHow fun to see this post this morning Val! I am making this same quilt! I only have the small houses cut out for now and a few windows sewn together. I just love it!
ReplyDeleteGreat pattern
ReplyDeleteThat's fantastic Val. I'm joining a new wool applique group at quilt club to learn, I've never done it, but I'm eager to try 👌💖
ReplyDeleteWow! That sew day really got the juices flowing. This is going to be a fun quilt.
ReplyDeleteWhen I first glanced at this photo, I thought it was a skewed jack-o-lantern, lol! This will make a great quilt!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cozy little neighborhood! Wonky houses to go with with the slightly offkilter personalities that live inside :)
ReplyDeleteOh I love the houses! Cannot wait to see this quilt all finished.
ReplyDeleteCute houses! I love the wonkiness!
