Heart Flimsy

While watching for squirrels, I noticed my mom got her flannel hearts all sewn into a flimsy.

Hmmm...I can't wait to cuddle under it this Winter.

Even if Winter still seems like a distance away.

Now to decide how to quilt it...I know she's contemplating
a fun pantograph or even FMQ outlining the hearts?? What do you think?
As for me, I'm off to chase those squirrels. Wishing everyone a great day!

  3. Lovely! Keep the quilting simple - will make it more cuddly as well as let the pattern speak.

  7. If I had your machine I'd quilt the spaces around the hearts heavier, the 1st layer lighter and let the center poof. Thanks for the smile I have here. Jackson always delivers one!

  10. Congrats on a fun finished flimsy. I think it's the colors you used, they put me in the mind of comics books. You know the ones that feature superheros. If you are looking for a name for this one, Superhero Hearts seems to fit.
